Acts of brutality such as these are never justified - no matter what the circumstances.

Tell that to the governments of the world they seem to think it can be justified, say, defending some ideology called freedom be it what ever they call freedom.

I personal do not condone violence and might be loosely termed a pacifist for myself but in terms of what governments need to do survive I'm not nieve as to the dangers to stay in power. I know human nature and what the other guy is capable to do to gain power. So I can't say I agree with this statement.

I wish the Russian government could put the Governing Body through that experience, that's something I would give 4shits and a pile of diarrhea to see. No guilty feeling here for feeling that way. Hey like it is all perspective really and they can't arrest ya for what you think in the US so why not feel a little happy over some GB getting his ass kicked and thrown in prison or out on the street living inside a cardboard and begging for food? To me it's a simple case of being in the wrong place at the right time. Oh and lets not forget karma is a real bitch to deal with you gotta start paying for your sins sometime.

Let just say this about my caring 2farts/shits about what happens to Jws in some other part of the world. Actually the 2f/s about caring may indicate a modicum of care but on the scale of world news of tragedies,, like innocent people getting gunned down and things of that proportion 2farts or 2 shits of care for JWs outside the US is not that stupid or uncaring, it's might be a justified when looked at that way. Anyway it is hard to always see where a person is coming from in so few words posted on some topic.

I can't really give 2 farts what happens to JWs in Russia. They expect horrible persecution & torture when the end comes. I'm sure many will compromise their faith in Jehovah's earthly organization and turn in their fellow JWs under torture. I don't think will see a repeat of what happened in Germany during WW2 but just as the Bible says:

"Let every person be in subjection to the superior authorities,a for there is no authority except by God;b the existing authorities stand placed in their relative positions by God.c 2 Therefore, whoever opposes* the authority has taken a stand against the arrangement of God; those who have taken a stand against it will bring judgment against themselves. 3 For those rulers are an object of fear, not to the good deed, but to the bad.d Do you want to be free of fear of the authority? Keep doing good,e and you will have praise from it; 4 for it is God’s minister*"

These verse don't seem to support the idea that Satan is ruler of these governments. And I must admit bespeaks a gross naivety in a governmental authority.

Does home schooling really work?

it strikes me that 'home schooling' is something often favored for jw kids, i've come across a number of families that do just that lately.

and, that got me thinking, is this just a cop out for a proper education?.

i am sure it is pretty difficult for a home schooled kid to get into a good university to study something like law or medicine.

Depends on the parents education and cult indoctrination, home schooling can be idea if these match up and cult indoctrination don't get in the way of teaching science and history.

I agree with you with the exception of 'easiest time a JW can do' . If they can plant the cart and hide, or go get some others chores done then yes this is presently true, but may become harder and harder as more people become familiar with the kooks running the JWs, and who behind printing this delusional totally irrelevant bull shit that hardly no one can believe in, in this information age. So the time will come when only the most delusional JW will want to get any time in behind cart witnessing work.

I bet you door to door work is coming to some type of stand still, no doubt due to the internet access around the world and information about the Watchtower's crooked ways at the householders finger tips via smartphones and all.

I bet the reason these carts are un manned is because of the internet they are embarrassing for the semi-loyal Jdubs stand by. So yeah ,I think that is a super pathetic last stab,, sad really(no just kidding).

Oh and the 2018 annual business(?) meeting starring comedian Governing Body members show signs of great denial in a jovial manner. They were sure yucking it up when they are in some deep doo doo all around the globe legally due to their own criminality in dealing with keeping young people from being molested,, and everything has to do with denial, 2019 should be a very big year for reality to come crashing in on these senile old deluded farts with big fat asses that make up the Governing Body.
